The Surface's Curse

2 weeks ago , underneath the earth , two factions got in a dispute , and now the bigger faction , called the "Brevov" decided to attack the underdog of this whole case , the "Kiviens". Justifying this war with false territorial claims and racial unity. 

The whole underground network was annoyed by this conflict , they never saw such a big conflict happen between the factions for years, this was not something new , just something considered of the past. 

brutal violence took in the streets of this new world , one that was supposed to be stopped long time ago. however the war happened , and the numbers are growing by the day. Thus , "Sails" the leader of Libra , the biggest and the first city established down there called for negotiations to put an end to the violence. 

The two opposing parties agreed , they all met in Libra , inside the community house , where the first constitution was signed by all the other factions . 

it was meant to be symbolic , something to remind them of unity and the danger of the outside world.

in any case ,all faction leaders of all the underground came to this meeting , the security in Libra was top notch. 

Everyone was there , and after introduction speeches by many showing which side they were rooting for , it was clear that the majority took the side of the Kieviens , they were the aggressed and they were a respected and s loved faction. 

Sails , decided not to give any speech that would let one side smirk and think that Libra would support them, and imagine that it doesn't matter what they say here anymore . Thus his speech was about welcoming , and calling and hoping to end this war tonight.

The Kieviens , are the ones being attacked and thus will be the ones that will talk first. Their leader is young, younger than Sails , which is surprising , he was a comedian before he became leader , and was a leader that focused mostly on culture  , education and science , but now , in front of Sails , stood a heavy man , showing himself defiant , but Ruby was there sitting near Sails ,she understood that he was more then just tired , he was broken , but tried his best not to show it. 

"Dear collegues ,friends and Librians . We are at war , we have been aggressed by people who cannot even justify well their attack on our lands. We mined this land with our own hands Mr the Liberator knows it."

he looks at Sails who was listening the translation to English , he shakes his head in approval. The Kieviens , speak a new form of  Ukrainian mixed with Russian and Polish. 

"We as most of you fought against the threat of the surface , we fought in the decisive battle of the Railroad , with no doubt in our hearts , and we earned the place amongst you. And now today , our same ideas that we fought for then , are being questioned by Brevov's war machine . Many children's , women , elderly and men died , against who? Their brothers and sisters that lived in harmony with them for years. We know the Brevoviens justification is a historical and racial one . However the Kievien faction is independent , and it's territories are territories for any freedom fighter , not to saboteurs , not to the ones who want to bring the notion of borders back . For here we are one , and free at the same time. We ask for the assembly to impose anything on the aggressor to stop his criminal surface like war that clearly does not belong here , not with our ideals . 

Mr the Liberator , we stand against an army of young people who are fighting out of fear of the tyrant controlling them . I am aware that the assembly can be hesitant to pose harsh punishments, for the Brevov are big manufacturers of weapons , however today we must say no to injustice happening on our lands , , if we don't , what guarantee can the Brevov faction give that will let you stay confident that they will not attack another faction later on and  to impose ideals very far from the ones we fought for? , i think it's time to hold them accountable , and to root out the leader that is terrifying his own people, thank you"

 the whole assembly got up and clapped , only a few remained seated . Sails got up as well , the Librians were convinced , as they were before , but they did not want to show it. 

In either case , Sails declared that if the leader of the Brevov faction does not end this war tonight , Libra will protect the Kiviens , and will target only the leader and loyalists of the Brevov for the people of this faction are not to blame for this war and are not the reason behind it .

After the courageous speech , the representative of the Brevov , an old , bald man , s Russian man , with a suit , something that no one in the assembly wore anymore got up and excused the absence of his leader , and that he will represent him instead, the leader is extremely busy leading this war at the frontline he says (something that is not true , but he is trying to spread propaganda). 

Then he called for his assistant to go and bring something from the outside of the community house , the assistant returns with 10 big books , maps , rulers , and crayons . 

Sails looked at Ruby who then shrugged  , Sapphire was writing everything happening. 

And thus the old man got up , and declared :

"1000 Years before Jesus Christ , in these lands we were not even there but our leader came on a horse and the horse peed on the surface , the horse peed on the place above the same place where this young boy says that it's his territory , but i shall remind him that the pee got inside the rocks and into there , in fact , here is a cup that shows the pee of this Russian pure horse-"

Sails was trying to hold his laughter , Ruby got out of the room . The Kievien leader knew he'd won. 

in the following days , the canine order assassinated the leader of the Brevov , in his bed . 

Sources say that it was a deed paid by Libra.  The Brevov appointed a new leader that actually represented the people , a young democratic soul that wanted to pay the damages but Libra insisted that it'd be her , and that the Brevov use the money to get back on track themselves with underground ideals, there were some men still with the dead leader. .

I've spoke to a shadow , they said their new leader was nicknamed Vudin. 

PS :

History won't write this , but i will , The representative was a smartly placed pawn . The actual representative was found dead in the hotel , as for the one who came , was just an actor , a comedian, who talked for hours about stupid philosophy and morals on purpose. Most thought he was crazy ,  some thought he was drunk Or high , only a couple knew what really was happening , this whole comedic theater was played for a political game , but History won't remember this , as for who did it... Perhaps DiamondHeart?

We don't know , but we know some leaders in Libra did not tolerate the rising autocracy happening in the East , and maybe , just maybe , they sent their regards.
