Overthinking some quotes

Alright i did write my blog about fan boying the whole show of markiplier. But since I'm an Overthinker geek I like to stop at the little details that make it a noice literary work.

There are two quotes I particularly liked and want to talk about this show.

The first being

"Why is there so many self destruct buttons and only one repair button"

"oh you know, it's a human thing"

Now I'm pretty sure markiplier is pointing that to make it seem normal to the alien lady. But also it's funny that it's true. We did as a race built thousands of nuclear weapons but very little we did for our climate. We did start thousands of wars throughout our history but compare that to peace efforts that's not as big. Many of us died for progress but how many fought for this progress to be safe?

I mean isn't every human invention, literally every human invention in some way or form can hurt us?Like chocolate, coffee, movies or gaming as much as I hate to admit it, it can hurt us under certain forms, like addiction or physical hurt.

So yeah! It is a human thing to seek progress but to also be irresponsible by adding to it more bad then good sometimes.

I mean again, we did mass destruction weapons and yet we know how to fire them and all but whats the process to unarm them?

The second quote would be when the alien lady says to the humans"

you made it out of your solar system!!" in such an exiting voice.

Not only Mark added the many handshakes before going into the meeting and made it seem like to the alien lady like a custom which is such a good realistic choice.

Like imagine meeting an alien, if you shake his head for like 5 times then kiss him and act like it's fine he will think that it's custom. It's that easy and that funny and that epic.

I love it.

Now about the quote, it's basically a quote that can be said to us one of those days. Like maybe aliens do exist and maybe Aliens just saw us and were like "ah they're too dumb" I mean we did find bacteria on Mars and we didn't really care much. And well what tells us that aliens didn't feel kinds the same? I mean if those aliens have a huge civilization like i think mark wanted to show us, would they really care if they found another alien race? Maybe it's every day news for them.Like for the typical alien

"oh yeah there's the human race in like 700 light years from us, they still haven't invented space travel lol

"I mean look us with animals, it's simple, if we know there's a new animal that we discovered we would be interested a little. Look at ants, they do wars, they build empires yet not every human on earth cares about them but their stories are pretty neat. Not to forget to mention that they live on the same planet then us sooo it makes it even more relatable since we consider them too primitive yet they have a long history of bloodshed.

Anyway i just wanted to talk about this and that, I kinda liked these quotes

Nice lady dimestrescu Easter egg, I literally shouted her name over and over when I saw her.
