How many people are really happy?

Your Perception can either heal and worsen your pain.

A good Perception heals pain. but- Do we like to get hurt? If not, why not just look at things in a happy form? Why not always aim to be comfortable, joyful and kind?

Why choose tragedy and drama.
When you prefer to sleep, comfortably at night?
Ask yourself this question
"Do I like to get hurt?"
If you're unsure or if you value happiness over many other things, continue on reading :

Happiness is one of those things that can vary from person to person. But to me, joy is never one thing. It's a multitude of things combined. When I picked the title of this article, I was asking a legitimate question, how many of us are actually happy?

Some might say, smart, rich people are. Or People that are influencers or perhaps people that have power. But is that really true? Happiness is something that in my humble opinion cannot be perfection. It cannot be 100%. But should we just give up? Should we just try to go with the flow? I don't think so. For me, I know it's impossible to be 100% happy.

But, can i be 99%? or 70%? What's the best realistic number I can get? This is the one that I want. Happiness, and maturity in your mind is something that I perceive as one of the greatest things that you can possess. Friendship, good family relationships, love, good amount of money, charisma, leadership, etc. and etc. But how can a soul achieve all this? Many can argue it’s hard, or it's impossible, or some might even say it's for some people. This can be true, but for myself, I want to die knowing I achieved this. My goal in life isn't to be rich or to be hyper famous.

That would be nice... But I'd rather being happy. I'd rather being comfortable. I'd rather to die with a smile. Happiness is fun, money, joy, family, friends and so much more bring it to life. And it might sound overwhelming to get to all of that to a good level. Even if you do problems will always arise. But to every problem a solution. It's a question of perception this is what matters the most here. If tomorrow your car crashes, your mother and brother are at each other's throat, and you lose your job. Of course, you will be sad. But after this sad day, you need to look the world and not let it tear you apart. You need to see how things can be fixed and how can they not happen again, or at least survive more in a better state. For instance, for this particular example, instead of crying and watching Netflix and vcing on discord.

You should fix the car, if you can't get it done, go in a bus, or use a train, or a bicycle, better for the environment. For the problem with your mother and brother talk to both of them in private, see what's the problem. And think of a logical solution. Finally, for your job search for another one, or plan something unique, like starting your own, using your past experiences. These are just little solutions, they are perhaps not easy to get to. But what i am trying to say is, look at things in an optimistic way , what i said couldn't be more obvious, but sometimes you can find yourself broken. Don't ruin yourself, a smile is better than sadness or anger.

Always look at problems and find solutions. Perhaps we all have things in our lives we cannot fix. A relationship, a year, an experience. But this should not chain you. We all deserve a second chance. Humans commit mistakes. And even with this perception of the world you will still get hurt no matter what. But what you can do is lower this level of hurt.
We all have secrets, we all did evil deeds. But always try to seek happiness in a way that doesn't hurt you or someone else (so not calling anyone to do drugs).
I am not therapist, it's just the way I think. And perhaps it might seem gullible, stupid, or naïve that I am doing this. That the world is uglier.
I am not denying that the world can be ugly. But i am remembering that some of it is Beautiful. We need to be kinder, more gentle and happier. It would fix many things in this world. It's about perception, it's about hope, it's about kindness.
“Are we lying to ourselves?’
Let me rephrase ,
“Aren't you already lying to yourself about other things? That can make you feel bad?”

What would we be without dreams or imagination? I am talking about something, It's about love.
Why make drama when you can take a breath, walk away from your cellphone or just understand the other's point of view?
I know sometimes things are tragic, how can i look the good in those you might ask? It's hard, but you have to endure, and you have to come out from it unscathed. Learn from it if it's an experience. remember , utopias on this earth do not exist . This perception is not perfect i am human after all.
However for me , A lot of happiness is more important than mountains of gold.
Look at the world in a better way.
A way of solutions, of hope, of imagination, of balance, of friendship, of freedom, of maturity, respect and kindness.
Do good and good will come back.
As selfish as it sounds, if you do good, if you are truthful, if you are gentle, you will feel good.
We are no angels , nor demons.
We are humans, and if we treat ourselves and others in a balanced level of care and love we can live a better life.
Do you want to? Or you prefer getting hurt?
Answer honestly.
If you want to live a better life, start by looking at problems in a way that wouldn't hurt you or lower the hurt. Think of solutions, think of love, think of happiness.
Smile guys, it's free <3
And remember, it’s just me.

Thank you
