Context ? :
I felt like i wanted to write a poem but i had an artist block so , but THE WEATHER SAVED ME :
This made me start it and aim to finish it , overall take the poem with a grain of salt , my goal was to get rimes mostly , but also talk about War in general , i was inspired by the War of the Sore Throat , I added some fictional sprinkles to make it taste better as well... And if you thought it was a love poem at first , well it was a trick sooooo-
More context maybe? The poem talks about a strong wall , separating the attackers and the ones protecting their country with this HUGE wall , the poem has no winners beside the stone structure , many died either by War or Famine.
I think the poem also has some "reality" to it , i mean , war is not a nice thing , roars , speeches and bravery are , but when it comes to the battles , many things become forgotten , they'll drill in your head hate , ambition , revenge and so many other things , and when i mean "them" i don't mean the Illuminati or something , it's you , it's the people , and well , don't get me wrong , sometimes war is a must , like in self defense , or in a particular scenario , but it doesn't mean that if it has to happen that it's a nice , happy , positive thing to do , we should never be cowards , but we should also remain Human.
Thank you for the time given
